During the first portion of our session, I invite you to a preliminary discussion where you are able to share any details you’d like me to know prior, what roadblocks you are facing, and any chakras you feel might need support. I will also intuitively assess what need extra attention and focus.
The intention of a reiki session is to aid in your healing journey, transmute any density and clear the way for high vibrational energy to flow. The nature of each session is dictated by spirit, sometimes I may receive intuitive guidance and messages from guides, ancestors, or your higher self.
